Her work spans clinical supervision, behavioral health leadership, crisis services, trauma-informed care, and the development of emerging clinicians. As a clinical supervisor, she believes supervision should go beyond reviewing cases and checking boxes. It should develop confident, ethical, self-aware clinicians and prepare supervisors to lead with intention, accountability, and authenticity.
